Les is the manager at Ray White Rentals in Hamilton. Les has been in the business for 15 years, he has a number of ex tenants who have become landlords and entrusted Les to take care of their rental properties.
Les feels one of the most important aspects of his job is communication and sees this as the best way to work with both the tenant and the landlord.
Being a homeowner and landlord himself he appreciates the need to take care of what is for most of us our biggest assets.
