Kelvin was born in China and came to New Zealand in 2003. Kelvin achieved Bachelor of Engineering in 2002 and finished both Graduate Diploma in Information Systems and Postgraduate Diploma in Management Systems in the University of Waikato Management School. Before Kelvin joined the Real Estate Industry, he had spent 12 years in the IT industry and achieved exceptional respect from his past clients and employers.
Kelvin now is based in Ray White Hamilton office and is a long term Hamilton resident specializing in all the areas of Hamilton suburbs.
